Safeway Reloadable Grocery Cards:

Support the Fossil Ridge High School Band by purchasing the groceries you are ALREADY purchasing!!  Use our Safeway Grocery Card programs to make all your purchases at Safeway stores and 5% of your purchase comes back to the Band. Consider this: If your family spends, on average, $150 each week on groceries and gas, and you used the Safeway Grocery Card program prior to make these purchases...an additional $390 would be donated to the band program over the course of the year!

It’s This Easy :

• Calculate how much your family spends on groceries, gasoline, and other purchases each week
• Purchase Safeway Reloadable Grocery Cards for $2.50 per card  (Each card will have $2.50 preloaded on the card)
  • ​Pay online with SchoolPay via credit card - Please note there is an $0.09 convenience fee per card purchased
  • Pay in person at the Fees Window via cash/check
• Safeway Grocery Card orders will be ready for pick-up from the Music Office on Thursday or Friday afternoons - Please note orders submitted after 8:00am on Thursday will be ready for pick-up the following week
• When you receive your Safeway Grocery Cards, use them to make your purchases as usual - Please note, BEFORE purchasing groceries, you must reload your Safeway Grocery Card (cards can be reloaded at the check-out register or customer service desk)
• You can use your re-loadable grocery card to purchase gift cards.  Think gift cards for airlines (Southwest), home improvement projects (Lowes), birthday and holiday gifts!!!
• Complete your purchase using your Safeway Reloadable Grocery Card 
• That’s It!

More Safeway Grocery Card Information: ​

• Safeway Grocery ​Card orders may be made anytime throughout the year (with a short break in June). Cards orders are available for pick up on Thursday or Friday of each week! Payment for cards must be made at either the Fees Window or Online with SchoolPay before receiving cards. Checks need to be made payable to FRHS Band. 
• ​Safeway Grocery Cards spend the same as cash in each store.  No change is given at the stores, but cards maintain a running balance until fully spent.  5% of the value of your Card purchase is returned to the FRHS Band program. There is no minimum or maximum dollar amount that must be loaded onto Cards.
• Cards are good at locations outside Fort Collins, and are active when ordered. Safeway cards may be used at Albertsons. 
• Cards will only expire if the balance on the card is $0 for 90 continuous days. If this happens, please purchase a new card from the FRHS Band Program. ​The FRHS Band Program assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen cards.

• Visit the following link:
  • For King Soopers Stores - go to http://www.kingsoopers.com
  • For City Market Stores - go to http://www.citymarket.com
• Log into your King Soopers or City Market account
• Search for Fossil Ridge High School Band either by name or HT697 and then click Enroll
• New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card
  • Please note, to participate in this program and support our Fossil Ridge High School Band, you must have a registered King Soopers or City Market rewards card account to link to our organization.
  • If a you do not yet have a King Soopers or City Market rewards card, cards are available at the customer service desk at any King Soopers or City Market or you can register using a 10 digit ALT ID (phone number).

REMEMBER...

• Purchases will support our Fossil Ridge High School Band program.
• All King Soopers Community Rewards Program participants must swipe their registered King Soopers or City Market rewards card or use the phone number associated with the registered King Soopers or City Market rewards card when shopping for each purchase to count.
