RENTAL CHECK-IN:

All instruments have been inspected and are in clean/working condition.

Students are expected to properly maintain, care for, and clean rental instruments during use. 

Students and/or parents/guardians will be held fully responsible for any malicious damage or excessive repair costs due to abuse and/or neglect.

Replacement of the instrument in the event of loss or theft shall be the responsibility of students and parents/guardians.

Any repairs needed during the term of rental will be the responsibility of the students and parents/guardians unless otherwise specified by the Director. 

At the end of each rental period, instruments will be returned in a clean and working condition.

Additional charges may be incurred should the instrument be returned without accessory items such as neck straps, mouthpieces, etc.

Acceptable School Instrument Cleaning Methods:

​At home, clean the instrument in a bathtub using lukewarm water and a mild detergent. 

 Take the instrument to Boomer Music OR Music-and-Arts for a chemical cleaning.
